Kaizen Training - Technique - Practical Program is designed specifically for the company to provide its members with a comprehensive picture and a course for implementing Kaizen successfully. Besides, this program also provides employees with awareness of Kaizen and how to apply appropriate tools for continuous improvement in their area. In addition, the program is designed to fit with the work and practical activities of each participant in "on the job and onsite".

In addition to having deep understandings of Kaizen knowledge and techniques, participants also know how to motivate, maintain and manage Kaizen's innovative projects and how to build company’s ethics.
