  1. Legal liability

KNA Cert always makes a contract with customers using any service of KNA based on mutual agreement. The contract has validity compliant with Government regulations and clearly defines rights and obligations of two parties.

  1. Payment method:

Depending on agreement in contract, payment will be divided into several payment periods. Customers could make payment to KNA Cert by:

- Directly in Office:

- Bank Transfer:

+ Bank account: 0021000354029 - Vietcombank – Hanoi branch.

+ Account owner: KNA Cert Co., Ltd

- KNA Cert staff pick up money at your place:

Assigned KNA Cert staff must have stamped referral paper of Company.
