Kaizen Training - Technique - Practical Program is designed specifically for the company to provide its members with a comprehensive picture and a course for implementing Kaizen successfully. Besides, this program also provides employees with awareness of Kaizen and how to apply appropriate tools for continuous improvement in their area.
