CONTENT OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE PRE-AUDIT
(Group 3 – Employees doing jobs with strict requirements)
According to Circular No. 27/2013/TT issued on October 18th, 2013 – Ministry of Labour, War invalids and Social Affairs regulating occupational safety and hygiene pre-audit
Pursuant to Occupational Safety and Hygiene Law; Decree No. 44/2016/NĐ – CP issued on May 15th, 2016 of the Government detailing some articles of the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Law.
Based on the needs to ensure occupational safety and hygiene for employees of all enterprises and units across the country.
KNA Certification Company Limited announes the opening of the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Pre-audit class for Group 3 as follows:
- Subjects of Occupational Safety and Hygiene Pre-audit
Employees who do harmful jobs that require strict occupational safety and hygiene according to Decree 44/2016 ND-CP issued on May 15th, 2016.
- Producing, using, preserving and transporting toxic and dangerous chemicals.
- Manufacturing and assembling equipment and material subject to strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
- Operating equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment with requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
- Dismantling and inspecting equipment and materials with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
- Technical inspection of equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
- Operating, maintaining, repairing, dismantling, inspecting and supervising construction machines and equipment.
- Assembling, operating, repairing, maintaining, cleaning grinders, sawmills, milling machines, planers, lathes, and industrial printers, etc.
- Working on the air or in high dangerous places.
- Working in the river, in the sea, and under water.
- Manufacturing, operating, repairing, maintaining, testing machines and equipment in caves, holds and waterway vehicles.
- Working in restricted places (tunnels, tanks, wells, sewers, underground works, sewage treating works, etc.)
- Doing industrial, environmental cleaning jobs and cleaning breeding facilities.
- Constructing buildings.
- Constructing, installing, operating, maintaining, repairing electrical equipment and systems.

- Pre-audit content
- Law systems and policies on occupational safety and hygiene
- An overview of the system of legal normative acts about occupational safety.
- The system of technical standards for occupational safety and hygiene.
- Some specific regulations of the management agency on occupational safety and hygiene when renovating works, facilities for production, use and preservation, storage and testing of machines and substances that are strictly required to conform with occupational safety and hygiene.
- Basic knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene
- Basic knowledge of harmful and dangerous factors at the workplace.
- Methods to improve working conditions.
- Occupational safety culture in production and business.
- Rights and Duties of employees, policies and regulations on occupational safety for employees.
- Rules on occupational safety and hygiene and working principles shall be implemented. Ways to use safety equipment, personal protective equipment. Skills and first aid when an accident occurs.
- Specialized pre-audit contents:
- Comprehensive knowledge of machines and other accrued hazardous substances. Apply safe working processes for machines and equipment.
III. Pre-audit time
- Initial pre-audit: the total pre-audit time is at least 16 hours, including inspection time
- Pre-audit when transferring work: If Trainees that were trained transfer from one job to another and when there are changes in equipment and technology, they shall be trained on occupational safety and hygiene suitable for new jobs before being assigned work and shall be granted new pre-audit certificates.
- Retraining: If an establishment ceases to operate or an employee is absent from work for 6 months or more, he / she must be trained on the prescribed contents before returning to work. The pre-audit time is 50% of the initial pre-audit time.
- Periodic pre-audit: Once every 2 years from the date the pre-audit certificate has come into effect, a person in group 1 must attend a periodic pre-audit course in order to be granted a new pre-audit certificate at the pre-audit service organization.
IV. Certificate – Certification
After attending the pre-audit course and being tested, if trainees are qualified enough, they will be granted pre-audit certificates (valid for 2 years).

- Copy of ID card (notarization is not required)
