FOUNDATION FOR STANITARY WARE CONFORMITY
Pursuant to Part 2 of QCVN 16-2014 / BXD: The sanitary ware products in circulation in the market must have a certificate of technical regulation conformity and announcement. Standard conformity marks are placed directly on the product or on the packaging or on the label attached to the product or in the quality certificate and technical documentation of the product.
TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN STANITARY WARE CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION
Sanitary ware products must be checked for technical specifications and must meet the following requirements:

CERTIFICATION METHOD OF SANITARY WARE PRODUCTS
- Apply to stable products as committed by the manufacturer and the quality management system must meet the ISO 9001 standard.
- The validity of the certificate of conformity is greater than 12 months to 3 years when conducting the audit at producing place.
- The quality control of each batch of products or import goods lots shall be carried out at laboratories recognized by state agencies.
- Applying to each batch of importation and exportation based on sample quality testing of representative batch of product.
- The certificate of conformity is only valid for each batch of product.
