WHY IS THE CERTIFICATE OF CONSTRUCTING THE CONSTRUCTION GLASS NEEDED?

Construction glass in the group of building materials need to be certified conformity before hitting the market. This helps to control the quality, technical features and scope of use of the product so as to eliminate potential risks to the end-consumer.

• According to the Circular No. 21/2010 / TT-BXD dated November 16, 2010, the certification of technical standards for construction materials is compulsory for organizations and individuals.Therefore, the construction glass products are in the list above so the certification of technical regulation is absolutely mandatory.
• QCVN 16: 2014 / BXD is the national technical regulation on construction materials and goods, promulgated together with Circular No. 15/2014 / TT-BXD dated September 15, 2014 of the Minister of Construction. Action taken on 01/11/2014 and replaced  QCVN 16: 2011 / BXD issued by the Ministry of Construction in accordance with Circular No. 11/2011 / TT-BXD dated 30/08/2011.

METHOD OF ASSESSING CONSTRUCTION GLASS

Organizations and individuals that produce and / or import products and goods of construction materials shall be selected Mode of assessment 5 (domestic production) or mode of assessment 7 (importing goods) according to Circular No. 28 / 2012 / TT-BKHCN dated 12/12/2012 of the Ministry of Science and Technology stipulates the announcement of standard conformity, conformity announcement and method of conformity assessment with standards and technical regulations.

+ Regulatory certification under Mode 5: (Evaluation of production and combination sampling at the place of manufacture or market)

Applied to products of manufacturer Certified quality management system according to ISO 9001 (also known as ISO 9001)

Validity of the Certificate of Compliance: 03 years for the product that is evaluated at the place of production and monitored annually by testing samples taken at the place of production or on the market.

+ Regulatory certification under Mode 7:

It is applied to each batch of products manufactured or imported on the basis of quality testing of representative samples of product lots.

The certificate of conformity can only be valid for each batch of product.
